International Shining Stars • Is established since 2004 as "Not for Profit" corporation and is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Laws for Charitable Purposes. The purposes for which this corporation is founded and formed are exclusively charitable within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Our primary focus is on accountability, trustworthiness, honesty, and openness to every dedicated person investing time, money, and faith faith support. Shining Stars appreciates all our donors, fundraisers, volunteers, program recipients, and the public community supporters.
