BISHOP Walmart Maxime born and raised in Kencoff Haiti .. Studied at University of NYACK... He Is one of the founding members of the International Shining Stars Family Inc.. He began his mission of helping and rescuing those in need and impoverished individual and suffering people of all nations hit by disaster and calamity. In 2006 he established the United Caribbean Organization but later changed to Shining Stars Inc. In 2012 he focused his ministry on establishing the 1st international church of "The Ark of the New Covenant" which he formed with co-founder Bishop Kesnel Maxime. in 2014.
